Christopher J. Oster
Christopher J. Oster comes to the SumoKids Foundation from the Greater Victoria School Board. Fluent in American Sign Language, 2 Hand Manual, Signing English and dictation, Christopher has a great deal of experience working with children with learning disorders and behavior issues.
With his extensive skills and experience in an educational environment, Christopher will help the Foundation to bring the SumoKids program to special needs students. It is through his assistance and dedication that the SumoKids Program will be brought to St. Mary's School for the Deaf (Buffalo, New York) as part of the Foundation's fall 2006 full pilot program. This will allow St. Mary's students to interact with the general population in the multi-school pilot.
A personable and gentle coach, Chris also focuses on the festival and arts components of a SumoKids Program.
